Content we do not allow
Do not create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive videos; non-consensual intimate content; sexual content involving minors; graphic violence; hate or harassment; misleading impersonation or deepfakes; privacy violations; copyright or trademark infringement; malware, phishing or cyberattacks; or content that evades safety controls.
How to report a video
Email zhexindx@gmail.comwith the video or generation link, generation ID if available, the category of concern and a short explanation. Please do not send unnecessary personal information or copies of sensitive material. Reports about imminent harm or minors should be marked urgent.
Review and moderation
Our operations and safety team triages reports and available automated safety signals. We normally provide an initial review within two business days and prioritize urgent safety reports. Review may include the reported video, generation ID, request context and relevant account signals. We may restrict or remove content, warn or suspend an account, permanently disable access, hold or adjust credits where appropriate, and escalate matters when required by law. We share outcome details only when lawful and safe to do so.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect, reply to the same support address with the generation ID and additional context. Do not attempt to bypass a restriction by creating duplicate accounts.
