1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to Lite NEON Dance, an online service for creating AI-generated dance and performance videos. It explains how we process account information, uploaded photos, generation records, generated videos, credits and payment status.
2. Information we process
Account information may include your email address, display name and sign-in provider identifier. Service data may include uploaded photos, selected templates, generation settings, task status, generated videos, credits and purchase records. Security information may include IP address, browser details, request times, sessions, error records and audit events.
3. How we use information
We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, process video requests, deliver and display results, manage credits and payments, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, protect the service, troubleshoot failures and meet legal obligations. We do not use uploaded content to train unrelated AI models without appropriate permission.
4. Cookies and essential storage
Essential cookies and browser storage are used for sign-in sessions, account security and core product behavior. Disabling them may prevent authentication or generation features from working. Payment providers and sign-in providers may use their own cookies or technologies under their policies.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share only the information needed to provide the service with sign-in providers such as Google and GitHub, Waffo for checkout and payment status, AI video providers for generation, PostgreSQL and MinIO infrastructure for application data and media, and security or infrastructure providers when needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
6. Photos, audio and generated videos
Photos and other inputs are sent to the providers required for the generation you request. You must have the right to upload and process this material. Uploaded photos and generated videos are retained for the period stated in the product experience, currently scheduled for cleanup after the applicable retention period. Deletion may be delayed when cleanup needs to be retried. AI providers may apply their own retention policies.
7. Payments and credit records
Waffo processes payment card information. Lite NEON Dance does not store full payment card details. We retain order references, products, amounts, payment states, credit activity and refund records as needed for confirmation, reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, accounting and legal obligations.
8. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls, separate administrator authentication, rate limits, audit records, secret management and private media storage to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident requires notification under applicable law, we will follow the required process.
9. Retention
We retain account and security information while needed to provide and protect the service. Payment, credit, refund and audit records may be retained longer when required for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Expired media is scheduled for cleanup and should be downloaded before its retention period ends.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion or export of personal information, or ask about processing. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Records that must be retained by law or are needed for security and payment disputes may not be deleted immediately.
11. International processing and children
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable safeguards required by applicable law. The service is intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
12. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the service, providers, security practices or legal requirements change. Material changes will be shown on this page with an updated date. For privacy, deletion or security questions, use the support contact associated with your account or payment record.
