1. Accepting these terms
Welcome to Lite NEON Dance. We provide an online service for creating AI-generated dance and performance videos from user-provided photos. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
2. About the service
The current production dance-video pipeline uses EvoLink's Seedance 2.5 Video Edit model (underlying model identifier: seedance-2.5-video-edit). Image-reference preparation may use Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview. The service creates videos from your uploaded photos, selected templates and the settings shown in the product experience. Results depend on provider availability and other technical factors; we do not guarantee exact preservation of identity, movement, appearance or source details.
3. Account security
Keep your account and sign-in provider secure. You must not transfer, rent, share or sell access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact support through the account or payment record if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Credits and purchases
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. The price and credit amount are shown before checkout. Plans do not automatically renew and do not create recurring charges. Credits can only be used for supported Lite NEON Dance features, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are added only after Waffo confirms payment.
5. Payments, failed generations and refunds
Waffo processes checkout and payment details. A checkout redirect does not by itself confirm payment or add credits. Confirmed generation failures may return reserved credits according to the service's billing records. Refund requests may be reviewed against payment status, unused credits, generation activity and applicable consumer law. Contact support with your account email, order reference and reason for the request.
6. Your content and generated videos
You retain rights to photos, audio and other materials you upload, and you authorize Lite NEON Dance to process them as needed to provide the requested service. You must have permission to use every person, image, recording and other material you submit. You may use videos generated for your account subject to these terms and applicable law. Review every result before publishing or using it commercially.
7. Prohibited uses
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive content; non-consensual sexual or intimate content; sexual content involving minors; violence or graphic gore; hate or harassment; impersonation or misleading deepfakes; copyright or trademark infringement; malware, phishing or cyberattacks; or content that violates another person's privacy. Do not bypass safety controls, scrape the service in bulk or resell access. Report a generated video that appears to violate these rules by emailing zhexindx@gmail.com with the video or generation link, generation ID if available, the category of concern and a short explanation. Do not include unnecessary personal information.
8. Reporting and content moderation
Reports are triaged by the Lite NEON Dance operations and safety team. We normally acknowledge or complete an initial review within two business days, while urgent risks involving minors, credible threats or ongoing harm are prioritized. Reviewers may examine the reported video, generation ID, relevant account and request context, and available safety signals. We may restrict access to the video, remove it, return or hold credits where appropriate, warn the account, suspend or permanently disable the account, and escalate matters when required by law. We may notify the reporter of the outcome where doing so is lawful and does not compromise privacy or safety. Good-faith enforcement decisions may be appealed through the same support address with additional context.
9. Third-party services and retention
Sign-in, payment processing, video generation and infrastructure may be provided by third parties including Google, GitHub, Waffo and AI service providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. Uploaded photos and generated videos are retained only for the period stated in the product experience and may be scheduled for deletion after that period. Download results you want to keep.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, security threats or legal requirements. We may also limit generation requests or remove content that creates a safety, legal or operational risk. These actions do not remove rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. AI output is probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, unexpected changes or defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lite NEON Dance is not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions made solely from an AI-generated result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service, payment arrangements, safety requirements or law changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. For support, billing, refund or legal questions, use the support contact associated with your account or payment record.
