YOUR FIRST NEON VIDEO

Two photos.
One dance of your own.

From choosing your cast to downloading the finished clip. Follow this guide to turn two photos of people or animals into an AI dance duet inspired by A2O LITE’s NEON.

Start with two clear photos.

You need one separate photo for each performer, an account and enough credits for the selected template. You do not need to write a prompt or upload music.

  • File format: JPG, PNG or WebP.
  • File size: up to 8 MB per photo.
  • Dimensions: at least 340 × 340 pixels.
  • Subject: one clearly visible person or animal per photo.

Use photos you have permission to upload and transform. For people, make sure you have permission from anyone pictured.

Check your photos before starting →

1. Get to know the dance.

Play the NEON reference before uploading. It shows the movement, pace, scene and soundtrack your creation will follow. The output is a 15-second landscape video, with both original dancers replaced.

NEON Duet · Reference performance, not a generated result

The reference guides the performance. AI can change details, so an exact likeness or frame-for-frame match is not guaranteed.

2. Choose your cast.

In the creator, find Replace dancers with and select the mode that matches both photos before you generate.

People

Upload two portraits. The instructions use each person’s face, hair, appearance and outfit to replace the corresponding dancer.

Animals

Upload two animal photos. The instructions request full animal replacements, including the body and paws, performing an upright, human-like dance.

Animal mode asks for each animal’s species, face, coat and markings to stay recognizable. It is a stylized dance, not natural animal behavior. Choose two people or two animals; there is no separate mixed-cast mode.

3. Put each photo in the right slot.

Click the first upload area and choose your first photo. Then add a different photo in the second area. Check both previews before continuing.

Photo 1 · Left / A
Replaces the original dark-haired dancer: initially behind the other dancer, and on the left when both are clearly visible.
Photo 2 · Right / B
Replaces the original brown-haired dancer: initially in front, and on the right when both are clearly visible.

Left and right identify the starting roles. They do not mean the characters must stay on that side throughout the dance. The instructions keep each photo attached to its original dancer through movement and cuts.

What makes a useful photo?

  • Use even lighting and a sharp, unobstructed face.
  • Choose a simple background and keep the subject large enough to see.
  • For outfit replacement, include the clothing you want visible. A clear full-body photo can provide more outfit detail.
  • For animals, show the face, ears, body and distinctive markings where possible.
  • Avoid group photos, collages, heavy filters, motion blur and objects covering the face.

The photos define appearance; their background and pose are not instructions for a new scene.

4. Review the price, then generate.

  1. Sign in or create your account using the account button.
  2. Confirm the selected mode and both photo previews.
  3. Review the credit cost shown in the creator. This is the amount reserved for this attempt.
  4. If needed, choose a one-time credit pack. There is no recurring subscription.
  5. Press the generate button once. Wait for the task confirmation before leaving the page.

After the task is accepted, generation continues in the background. Closing the page does not cancel it. Starting another generation creates a separate task and reserves credits again.

5. Know what each status means.

Open Personal center → My videos to follow the task. The creator also shows updates while you stay on the page.

Waiting to start
The task is queued and has not started processing yet.
Preparing your photos
Your uploaded photos and reference materials are being prepared for generation.
AI generation
A percentage appears when the generation service provides one. It may pause or jump; it is not a countdown.
Preparing your download
The AI step has reached completion. The finished file still needs to be retrieved and saved. It is not ready to download yet.
Ready
The video has been saved. Playback and download are available.

Allow roughly 5–10 minutes as a starting estimate. Busy queues, network transfers and final file preparation can take longer. If no percentage is available, the page shows the current stage instead.

6. Watch it. Save it. Make it yours.

When the card says Ready, play the whole video and check both characters, especially after cuts, turns and overlaps. Listen to confirm the original soundtrack is present and synchronized.

Download the MP4 from My videos. The output is 480p, landscape 16:9 and about 15 seconds long. The workflow requests the original soundtrack; it does not clone the voices of the people in your photos.

Download within 24 hours.

The storage window starts when your video is completed. Expired videos disappear from My videos. Save your own copy before the deadline; your account credits do not expire.

A completed task means a file was delivered, not that every visual detail is perfect. Check the result before sharing it.

If something goes wrong.

My photo will not upload.

Check the format, 8 MB size limit and minimum dimensions. Use separate files with one subject each. If the file meets the requirements, check your connection and try uploading it again.

The price or account service is unavailable.

Wait briefly and refresh the page. Review the price once it loads before submitting. If the message persists, wait until the service is available before starting a generation.

The percentage stopped moving.

Progress comes from the generation service and may remain unchanged for a while. Check the task in My videos. Avoid submitting again while its status is still in progress; that would create another task.

The task failed or needs review.

Open the card’s failure details. Confirmed failures return the reserved credits automatically; check Credit activity. “Needs review” means the outcome is not yet confirmed, so credits can remain reserved until it is resolved. Keep a screenshot of the status and error details when asking for help.

The characters were not replaced correctly.

Check that the mode matches your photos and that both upload slots were correct. Try clearer, unobstructed images if necessary. Identity can drift between shots and results can vary. A delivered video with an imperfect likeness is not the same as a confirmed technical failure; another generation is a new paid attempt.

I cannot find an older video.

Finished videos are stored for 24 hours. Once expired, they are no longer displayed in My videos. Use the copy you downloaded before expiry.

Your cast is ready for its next dance.

Choose two photos, check the mode and let the NEON performance guide the moves.
